about
2009 full-length release. Antitrust is the second full-length self-release from Skin Contact. It includes 17 tracks (over an hour of music), including remixes from fellow independent artists Defrost, DJ Vrhovny, and Coreline.

Continuing the SC tradition of ignoring genre boundaries, this release is overall more aggressive than previous efforts, but there are a few moments of relative calm as well. Tracks such as "Stinger", "Had It", and "Set the Hook" are perhaps more suited for the dancefloor than anything from last year's album (Pleasure, Pain, and Distraction), while the guitar-and-bass-feedback-fueled "Intermittence" pieces provide dark ambient interludes between the pounding rhythms and distorted breakbeats that provide the backbone of much of the album.
